STONEHENGE LODGE RENTAL

Please read over the Terms of the Contact

I/We, __________________________, hereby apply for use of the LODGE for the purpose of ____________________________on the following date: ___________.

In consideration for granting such approval and reserving this date, a nonrefundable deposit of ½ the agreed upon price (deposit _________) for the event is to be sent along with the signing of this contract to: Mark Fiano, c/o Stone & Company, 1718 Roseytown Road, Greensburg, PA 15601. Check is to be made out to Stone & Company with a small notation of reservation date on your check please.

The balance of the agreed upon rental fee will be paid no later than thirty days prior to the reserved date. (Balance __________ due on: __________).

Cancellation of reserved date will result in forfeiture of deposit monies received.
