STONEHENGE LODGE RENTAL

 

I/We, ____________________________________, hereby apply for use of the LODGE for the purpose of ____________________________on the following date: ________________.

In consideration for granting such approval and reserving this date, a nonrefundable deposit of ½ the agreed upon price (deposit ____________) for the event is to be sent along with the signing of this contract to: Mark Fiano, c/o Stone & Company, 1718 Roseytown Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.  Checks are to be made out to Stone & Company with a small notation of reservation date on your check please.

The balance of the agreed upon rental fee will be paid no later than thirty days prior to the reserved date.  (Balance _____________ due on: _____________). 

Cancellation of reserved date will result in forfeiture of deposit monies received.

Any situations that need attention should be brought to the attention of Mark Fiano at either (724) 321-3885 (cell) 724-836-1400 x 110 (work).

 

Terms of Contract:

· General

o         For the purpose of wedding reception, this application is for one couple.

o         All activities are to be lawful.

o         No money will be refunded if your event is hampered by inclement weather.

· Food

o         All food must be prepared off the premises with the exception of grilling. Electrical service is provided for crock pots, roasters, etc… Grilling is not allowed on either the upper or lower porch.  Grills are not provided.

· Facility

o         The Lodge will be available the Thursday morning before for decoration purposes (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon).  The lodge will open by 8:30 a.m.  Saturday morning for deliveries, etc…

o         Any damages or breakage of equipment, the lodge, or its adjoining facilities and grounds is the responsibility of the lessee for compensation purposes.

o         The lodge can hold up to 220 people.

o         Stone & Company will assist in the set up and will do all the tear down of the tables and chairs for ceremonies.

o         Decorations need to be taken down and removed by your designated assistant as agreed upon in advance. Stone & Company will not assume responsibility for items left behind. The use of the facility ends at noon on Sunday.

o         Provisions include upstairs of lodge with use of the front lawn, also the downstairs may be available.

o         Activities must cease by 2:00 a.m. the evening of the event.  Doors will be locked by 2:30 a.m. (unless other arrangements are made in advance).

o         Stone & Company has a limited amount of tables (fifty 5’ x 30”, six 8’ x 32”, five Buffet 6’ x 36”) and chairs (275 Chairs).  Additional tables and chairs will be the responsibility of the renter.

o         The caterer you choose must fill out the caterer’s contract with us to ensure proper kitchen use and to go over details of clean up responsibilities.  Please provide us with your chosen caterer’s name and phone number.

o         Stone & Company maintains the furnaces/central air conditioning systems with a certified HVAC contractor.  The systems are checked in the spring and in the fall. There may be extreme conditions with the numbers of guests/outside temperatures in which the systems may not be able to maintain the desired settings.

· Alcoholic Beverages/Bartenders

Bartending duties are the responsibility of the lessee and the lessee will assume any and all liability associated with serving alcoholic beverages on the premise. In Pennsylvania the drinking age is 21.

 

Please note that we offer the rental facility only. You must provide your own beverages and bartenders. Stone & Company can supply names of independent bartenders upon request.
