Thank you for your interest in the Stonehenge Lodge. The fee for May-October 2009 is $2000.00. The other open dates are $1700.00. We do offer a discount for weddings with a guest count of fewer than 130 people and for weddings/receptions in January and February. There are no extra fee's to get married on site, nor do we charge any fees per person nor any fees to the caterer or other vendors. We give the renters the key and security code to the building the Thursday before the function. That way you have plenty of time to decorate. You also get to use the facility the morning after your function until noon to open gifts, take your decorations down, etc... Our facility holds 200 to 225 people and we have enough 'rectangular' tables and chairs for up to that amount. Round tables would have to be rented and your capacity goes down to about 170-180 people. We will help with the setup and we take care of the entire cleanup. Our kitchen has two single door coolers, electric stove, propane stovetop, and microwave. There is also a portable bar that can be set up on the front porch or inside. We also have two coffee urns for coffee as some caterer's take their urns upon departure. We always have staff on duty during the reception. We assist in keeping the tables clear, bringing supplies to the bartenders/caterer's, lighting the tikki torches on the porch, and much more. Linens would have to be rented. For the guest tables, the cloth-like paper ones have become real popular lately. One is made by Vanity Fair and can be purchased at Sam's Club/Costco. They are less expensive then rentals yet they do look nice. In case you have children attending there is a pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table in the basement for them to use. You are allowed to use whomever you wish to cater. We do not have a license for alcohol; therefore you can do as you please for drinks.
