Rental Agreement

I/We, _____________________________, hereby apply for use of the LODGE for the purpose of ____________________________on the following date: ________________.

 

In consideration for granting such approval and reserving this date, a nonrefundable deposit of ½ the agreed upon price (deposit ____________) for the event is to be sent along with the signing of this contract to: Mark Fiano, c/o Stone & Company, 1718 Roseytown Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.  Check is to be made out to Stone & Company with a small notation of reservation date on your check please.

 

The balance of the agreed upon rental fee will be paid no later than thirty days prior to the reserved date.  (Balance __________ due on: __________). 

 

Cancellation of reserved date will result in forfeiture of deposit monies received.

Terms of Contract:

General

  • For the purpose of wedding reception, this application is for one couple.

  • All activities are to be lawful.

  • No money will be refunded if your event is hampered by inclement weather.

Food

  • All food must be prepared off the premises with the exception of grilling. Electrical service is provided for crock pots, roasters, etc… Grilling is not allowed on either the upper or lower porch.  Grills are not provided.

Facility

  • The Lodge will be available the Thursday morning before for decoration purposes (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon).  The lodge will open by 8:00 a.m.  Saturday morning for deliveries, etc…

  • Any damages or breakage of equipment, the lodge, or its adjoining facilities and grounds is the responsibility of the lessee for compensation purposes.

  • The lodge can hold up to 250 people.

  • Stone & Company will assist in the set up and tear down tables and chairs for ceremonies.

  • Decorations need to be taken down and removed by your designated assistant as agreed upon in advance. Stone & Company will not assume responsibility for items left behind.

  • Provisions include upstairs of lodge with use of the front lawn, also the downstairs.
