In consideration of the sale of goods and materials by Stone & Co. to the Company Name above, and to induce Stone & Co. to continue to sell goods and material to the Company Name above, the Guarantor(s) hereby unconditionally and irrevocable guarantee payment and performance by the Company Name above of all amounts presently due and any additional incurring amounts due to Stone & Co. in the future. 

In addition to all amounts due to Stone & Co., the Guarantor(s) agree to pay all expenses of collecting and enforcing this guarantee including attorney’s fees and court costs.  This guarantee is given by the undersigned Guarantor(s) with the intent to be legally binding.
